I am 33 years old and live in Brazil, Ceara, Fortaleza. I have bachelor degree in Geography (concluded in 2010) and developed my professional career on real state, land survey and engineering projects related to renewable energy and power transmission lines.
I started to use Internet in the late 90s and one of my first experiences was on IRC. At BRASnet, which was, on it's prime, one of the 10 biggest network in the world, I worked voluntary in the support team, answering questions on the official support channel (#ajuda), writting documentation to standardize the user service, manuals and developing processes to improve the customer (user) service in general.
Maybe not so proudly, I worked as Game Master in a Ragnarok Online Private Server and as Server Admin afterwards. However, I could learn a lot on this experience, because: 1) I had my first linux contact (Ubuntu birth), 2) started to work with SSH, FTP, domain, host and 3) the people I met still with me until nowdays in others projects.
In short, I have some knowledge in linux, FTP, SSH, have some experience with AWS (EC2, Route 53) and now I am studying web development at Trybe.
Since 2021 I decided to study and learn web development by myself. Working in technology area is my medium-long term goal and, this year (2022), I have found Trybe to help me to achieve that.
